Saltdean Climate Action Network

The Food group has enjoyed bringing and sharing vegetarian lunches hosted by Almut.

 

We held the Saltdean Community Fun Day in the park on 6 July. We had two places with focused display and information on one and other areas of SCAN represented on the other.

 

The food group is focused on building Food Supply Resilience, knowing your local producers and developing the knowledge of larder stocking, and growing a few staples to give away to plant on. We also suppiled lentil recipes on the day.
